Rates:

Payment Terms: Damage/reservation deposit due within 2 weeks of booking. This holds the booking for you and converts to security/damage deposit at time of check-in. 50% of rent is due not later 90 days prior to check-in date. Balance of payment is due (50% balance of rent and 11% tax on all rent) due 45 days prior to check-in date. Payable in US dollars by money order or bank check (unless other arrangements are made). We will mail you the information on the keys, directions, etc. upon receipt of final payment.

Cancellation/change policy: See terms and conditions for specifics, but cancellations are acceptable as long as they are made 90 or 45 days in advance of check-in date for monthly or weekly rentals respectively.
