The Condo:Our unit is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath, ground floor condo. The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed and private bath with a full-size shower. It also has its own TV and DVD player (with remotes). The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa sleeper (with 4"thick mattress), as well as a TV & DVD player. We also have free, high-speed Internet access (Ethernet connection) for those of you that bring your laptop! There is a 2nd full-size bathroom with a shower/bathtub. Our fully equipped kitchen has all full-size appliances, including a dishwasher and a countertop microwave. There is a breakfast bar and dining area, which would suit any family of 4. You can sit out on your private patio, sip a lemonade or margarita, and enjoy the Florida weather!The Resort:Enjoy the many amenities that the condominium complex has to offer. Play a game of tennis or basketball on the on-site lighted courts. Sunbathe around the oceanside pool or take a dip in its heated waters. Refresh your mind and body in the Jacuzzi or relax in the sauna. The boardwalk to the beach and the Atlantic Ocean is only steps away for your year-round enjoyment. Take a relaxing walk or an invigorating jog on the beach.The Area:Cape Winds Resort is close to everything. There are golf courses, miniature golf, airboat rides, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, deep-sea fishing, horseback riding, movie theaters, fine restaurants, and shopping nearby. The famous Cocoa Beach pier is only 1.5 miles away. You are just minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and the Astronaut Hall of Fame. Needless to say, if a NASA Space Shuttle launch is scheduled, our complex provides a front-row seat! The Orlando International Airport and Orlando's world class attractions (including Disney World, Sea World, Wet-n-Wild and Universal Studios) are just 45-60 minutes away! And if that isn't enough, 5 minutes away is the Cape Canaveral port, home to many cruise lines: Disney, Royal Caribbean, Carnival Cruise Lines, and two gambling cruise ship lines (Sterling and Sun Cruz) that sail daily and offer free food and drinks!.
