Award-winning sculptor and designer ELIZABETH LYONS has been commissioned by top interior designers and architects worldwide and published in leading design publications and books. Her sculpture has been exhibited in galleries throughout the United States. Included among the numerous awards she has received is the prestigious Anonymous Was a Woman Foundation Award in 2005. Elizabeth’s decorative objects are available in stores and showrooms internationally. Most recently she has launched an exclusive line of sculptural lighting. These unique, custom fixtures have been have been used as a focal point in both home and commercial settings and are available directly through her studio.
In addition, Elizabeth is the founder and director of More Fire Glass Studio in Rochester, NY. Since 1998, More Fire Glass Studio has provided a glassmaking facility for a number of artists as well as glass education programs for the community. Elizabeth currently resides in Rochester, New York where she was born, having returned after living for ten years in New York City.
