Doors for a 1910 Carriage House
The home owner wanted to replace the modern doors on the carriage house with more historically accurate reproductions. Based on research and a few clues from where the old doors had hung, we made steel strap hinges to fit the original mortises and the design of the doors followed.
From Spanish Cedar for durability and rot resistance. |

Butler’s Pantry
This historic Rochester home is being restored to its former glory and the current owner wanted to recreate the butler’s pantry that had been removed during some previous remodel. Designs were created from an original cabinet door found in the home. The cabinets are crafted from Sassafras to match existing American Chestnut woodwork original to the house. |
